Olsen & Olsen developed this tool in order to let the world talk to the fish in the ocean. They realised though that this could be dangerous for them, since Olsen & Olsen was not the most environmental-friendly company. So they limited and censored the tool's power so that the people and the fish can only talk about super cute positive things.
